I specialize in health and human services education, leadership development, and advocacy, particularly in the realm of developmental disabilities. As a professor and senior doctoral chair at Grand Canyon University, I have the privilege of mentoring and guiding future leaders in research and professional growth. I also host a podcast, write, and speak on topics that inspire and empower others. With a Ph.D. in Management, specializing in Human Resources, a Masters Degree in Management, and a strong foundation in business, education, and psychology, I bring over 20 years of experience in executive leadership, strategic development, and program innovation.
